The book suggests 5am but I go for 5.30am, which I think still counts! If I get up at 5.30am then I can have a shower and my hot lemon drink and then have my hour 6-7am.
I like to start with yoga or a run followed by 20 minutes of meditation and journalling, and then 20 minutes of reading or listening to something inspiring.
I have been doing this morning routine for over a year now and it really does work. It makes me think clearer throughout the day, it reduces my stress levels and it helps me to feel mentally and physically strong.
