Conscious Creativity by Philippa Stanton is a complete feast for the senses and your creativity. This beautiful book really helps you to notice the world around you and be inspired at a whole new level.

Through this book Philippa helps you to really tap into your creativity and encourages you to use all your senses to really see and feel the world around you. The book contains several exercises to really help you to understand and tap into the ideas that Philippa shares.

There are chapters on colour, composition, looking, documenting and more, all of which will help you on your creative journey.

I was lucky enough to attend a workshop as part of the book launch for this book and it was the most creative workshop I think I have ever been on. I am still taking it all in and I feel I have opened up my creativity more this year already. I know I will keep coming back to this book for years to come.

I have known Philippa for a few years and she never fails to continue to inspire me and to reach deeper into my creativity. You can follow her on Instagram for daily inspiration and wonderful Instagram Lives from her amazing garden shed. Philippa also writes a wonderful blog, runs workshops and takes part in the Brighton Open Studio where you can visit her very creative shed and see her beautiful art work.

If you would like to win a copy of this inspiring book please join me on today's Facebook Live or watch the recording before Monday morning when I will choose a winner from the names that have tuned in. xo
