Pause for Thought : Day One

Today I would like you to begin this project by reflecting on what you have achieved in the first four months of 2018.

Take a notebook and think about what you have achieved and how you are feeling at the start of May? Did you make any goals at the beginning of the year? How are you doing on making them happen?

I find using my diary, the photographs I have taken and the blog posts I have written really helps me to reflect back. I also keep a journal that is really useful for thinking about how I've been feeling and reflecting on what has been helpful and what has been challenging.

Try to keep positive when you do this exercise. There will no doubt be some things that went wrong or perhaps you haven't achieved all that you hoped you would have done. You can learn from this though and over the next two weeks I will be helping you to focus on and plan the next 8 months of the year. We still have plenty of time to make 2018 amazing and by taking this time to look at where we are at and where we want to be, we can make sure that the year doesn't whizz past.
