Small Steps : Gratitude

As I was reflecting on my gratitude practise this morning I realised that it helps me with my work when I am feeling behind, a bit lost or overwhelmed. It helps to ground me in what I have achieved each day. Next time you catch yourself in a panic about all that you need to do take a moment to be grateful for three things that you have got done, however small they are.
